Purchased at a roadside station in the mountains of Shimane. I had never heard of modified Omachi sake rice. I was surprised to find that it was not an old-fashioned sake, but had a nice riceiness and sophistication that was just right for sake lovers, despite being from such a rural area. I felt the power of Shimane's sake.
