I bought this on a recent trip to Fukushima.
Light grape flavor.
It goes well with boiled komatsuna.
It also goes well with tsukune (rice with vegetables) and miso soup.
It also goes well with raw tomatoes.
Not so good with sweet potatoes in miso soup.
It is a very good sake.
