Suddenly, the third house was at my usual BAR.
One step ahead of myself on this day, too.
But this time it's Junmai unfiltered raw sake ☝️
It's fun to drink new sake with a freshness and a freshness that makes you feel a little unsettled 😁.
This was the first step of the new season for Ipposaki ‼️
On a side note, since I'm at a bar, I mainly drink Western sake, but recently I've been cutting back on the amount of alcohol I drink, so I've switched from bourbon rocks 🥃 to vermouth rocks 🫡 to take care of my body 🫡.
