This brand has two types of sake, junmai ginjo and junmai sake.
Hattanso" is the only rice used by "Tomikucho" in all of Japan😃.
Ingredients: Rice (Hiroshima Prefecture), Rice Koji (Hiroshima Prefecture)
100% Hachitanso produced in Akitakada City, Hiroshima Prefecture
Polishing ratio 50% for koji rice, 60% for kake rice
Alcohol 15%.
