According to the introduction,
The brewer's catchphrase is "Thanks to the blessings of the beautiful Miwa region," and the brewery's brewing process is exactly as described in the brewery's catchphrase.
The brewer's catchphrase is "In appreciation of the blessings of the beautiful Sanwa," and it is a junmai ginjo sake that is truly dedicated to the estate where it is brewed.
Maruyama Sake Brewery is located in Tonowa, Sanwa-ku, Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, on the western edge of the Toutoujou Hills, where the remains of old kilns from the Jomon period still remain, and the area was called Hinamori Township in ancient times.
The taste is slightly different from the traditional Yukichubai, being a light and refreshing type.
