This is the first Okayama Prefecture sake to arrive on the market. The light, refreshing taste has a subtle grape aroma and a burnt bitterness that spreads. It gives the impression of being a hard-core sake. It is good as a food sake because it cuts through the oil quickly. It is like a Bodhi yeast yeast yeast strain. I was embarrassed when I read "oizake (sake)" at a restaurant. It is "gozen-shu. The "9" is said to mean "the best taste we can make today".
