This is another bottle that I've let sit for quite a while 😅.
Well, first of all, I fell in love with this stylish stained glass jacket 🥺, and although I could have bought it, I neglected it for less than 2 years due to a serious wasting disease 🤣.
Now, I'm going to take it from the top. The aroma is like a pinapple, but I like the fact that it's so clear and mature 😊.
The attack has a distinct juicy pineapple sweetness, but from the middle onward it is mainly dry, spicy, and bitter. Miyamanishiki? I thought it had the flavor characteristics of the former.
When mixed with the lees, the overall flavor deepens and becomes even more delicious.
It tastes even better 😋😋😋😋😋😋.
It's been a long time since I've had a Huayou, but it was very good. ☺️
