Today is Xmas Eve๐.
I came home with a turkey and hors d'oeuvres, and I was thinking about what to drink with it ๐.
My wife came home at about the same time ๐คฉ.
I had asked her to do the shopping, so I was about to start preparing dinner....
Wife "We couldn't shop, so let's go out for dinner".
I said, "What? I said, "Okay, but we can't go to an Italian restaurant or a French restaurant or anything fashionable..."
Wife "So, let's look for something else.
I "What would you like to eat?
Wife "Yakiniku seems to be open, so let's go to Yakiniku".
Wife "Let's go to hormone".
I "Ok, Horumon (Horumon for Xmas?????)". (Horumon for Xmas????) "Oh, well, that's okay.
So we went to Hormone Yakiniku โจ.
Then, when I was looking at the drinks when I ordered, I saw something about sake... ๐ณ.
Of course I ordered it ๐.
Ko-Imari Beroli ๐.
This is the first sake I've ever had in a restaurant only ๐.
It's a very active cloudy, it's quite a nice shwashy feeling, the mouthfeel is sweet, but afterwards it becomes dry and crisp ๐.
Surprisingly goes well with yakiniku hormone ๐ณ
