I bought some sake to drink at my parents' house at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station as a gift (well, I drink it, too). I thought I had never tried Aizan, which is a sake with a package tag, so I decided to try it. I decided to try it with grilled prawns.
Aizan is made from 80% Aizan (special grade) produced in Hyogo Prefecture. Polishing ratio 50%, alcohol content 13%.
As always, the sake is delicious.
