We got some new potatoes dug this morning, so we made potato butter... and cured ham and cheese. I paired the sake with Genmai Miyamanishiki. It is more fruity than the Genmai Yuzan, with melon and lychee in the mouth, but it doesn't cling to the palate. It is a Miyamanishiki that makes you think that it would go well with any kind of drink. The delicate taste can only be achieved by a female toji.
