Premium Houou Mita Hoshi for 22,000 yen
I was allowed to taste it at my favorite liquor store.
It was said to be a 5 year old 2020 Houou Mita Houou with Tominoko. It has a full, sweet, yet refreshing taste. It seems to go well with all kinds of dishes without interfering with them. It was a special experience on New Year's Eve!
