This bottle is made from 100% Aizan, a rare variety of sake rice, and has a tremendous presence on the label.
The label says it has "thick acidity and a soft, mellow mouthfeel.
It has the same aroma as the sweet and gorgeous type, but when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the solid alcohol content of 16 degrees Celsius and sourness. The aroma is strong and leaves a sweet aftertaste on the palate, so I don't think it is as dry as it sounds.
Recommended for the following people and occasions
(1) For dry sake lovers who are accustomed to drinking Japanese sake.
(2) For sweet sake lovers who want a change of taste in the middle stage.
It seems to go especially well with seafood.
