It has been a long time since I had this, Kido! Kido is the number one sake brewer in Wakayama by Saketime.
I have had Natsu no Shippu before and was impressed by its refreshing summery taste, and this sake has the same refreshing taste.
It is amazing that the taste remains the same even though they mass-produce so much sake.
It has a sweet and refreshing taste that is very easy to drink and refreshing. It does not have much acidity, which is different from the recent boom, but it is a sake that everyone can enjoy and that can be recommended to beginners.
It is the best in terms of cosmetics.
I would like to pick it up again!
