Occasional Series Pray for Aizan 40
I immediately enjoyed it with toso (Japanese sake).
I was shocked by the dense flavor and thought to myself, "What is this sake... are they feeding the sake rice with crowberries as a fertilizer?
The dense flavor was so shocking that I was like Yuuzan Umihara.
It is sweet and slightly carbonated. The aroma, taste, and quality of the sake are all perfect.
However, its brilliance fades rapidly. It must be consumed immediately after opening.
For someone like me, it is a luxury sake that is not suitable for my stature, and I got tired of drinking it because it was too rich. I hope to overcome my poverty this year.
