Last week, we went looking for Shinshu Kamerei, but it was not in the store. I brought Daisetsukei's new sake and Yamasan's last sake with me. I don't think I saw it at the brewery's store.
I opened the bottle with a light splash. It is fresh, crisp, and chirichiri 😉 It is a beautiful sake.
