It is said to be a blended sake that is not a single sake from Koei Kiku and newly released as part of the Rendezvous series. It has an alcohol content of 13 degrees. It tasted sweet and sour. I am told that the taste changes when exposed to air, so I look forward to enjoying it tomorrow and beyond.
