According to the owner, the president of a pachinko parlor took over a brewery that was about to go out of business...heh!

Excellent cohesiveness despite being unpasteurized sake!

I also drank Kinmon-nishiki on another day, but this one
I think it was sweeter and more grape-like.
I am glad to have found a good sake.
