Souvenirs from my trip to Hokuriku.
Sake from the three Hokuriku prefectures was on sale there as a commemorative bottle for the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen extension, and this time I purchased sake from three of the breweries!
The first one is Ippongi, which is brewed in Katsuyama, Fukui Prefecture.
It is a light and dry sake similar to Kubota.
It has a nice sharpness and is a good sake for a mid-meal drink. 🙆♂️
