Kinjaku Daiginjo Special Limited Brew
The beautiful sake from Iwakuni that I brought back this time 🐤.
Thanks for the detailed information, Makosuke!
The aroma is very high!
It smells very apple ✨✨✨.
Slightly full-bodied, with little sweetness and a bit of sourness.
Feels a bit short on flavor, with a subtle alcohol spicy aftertaste
🤔
🤔
Still feels hard, so I let it sit for a while!
Second day
Totally different impression.
It tastes so much better after leaving it overnight 🤩.
Gently spreading sweetness
The sweetness has increased considerably and the flavor has changed deeply.
The bitter acidity is moderate and the spiciness of the alcohol taste has disappeared.
The mellowness after putting it in the mouth is exceptional!
It is a must for those who like sweet and savory taste 😆.
Kinjaku 🐤. The best ❗❗
After visiting Jakushudo, we went to Kintai Bridge and came across a period drama filming 😮.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby.
It's going to take some time.
It takes about one hour from Kinjaku-san to Kintai-bashi Bridge.
We also went to Itsukushima Shrine that day.
A full day 😆

superbebe, I see you enjoyed your trip to Iwakuni.
Did you recognize Matsukane right away?
Daiginjos seem to be more drinkable if you let them sit for a little while after opening the sealed bottle.
It seems like it is ready to drink, doesn't it?

I think Honke Matsugane is a good restaurant 😃.
You can taste various local snacks and Yamaguchi sake there!
And it's almost empty!
