Somehow, I had Akatombo as my first drink.
It's a seasonal sake, so I drink it for no particular reason.
It's very sour, which is typical of Sentori. It is quite sour.
Most Sengyo is sour, but even hiyaoroshi is sour.
I don't remember it being like this last year.
It was mellow, but the sourness that came through so quickly kept hitting me.
