Next is another Tochigi sake! Kyokkyo😄I have had this sake before at a challenge at Masitaya. The aroma is different from the one at that time, very mild with a little sourness! The sweetness and umami come from the aroma, and it finishes with a moderate acidity! It can be served at room temperature or hot! A delicious sake!
A friend of mine who attended the event with me went to a university near this brewery when he was a student, and he fondly remembered drinking this sake! It's so nice to be able to keep sake with memories like this (^o^).
