It's the last day of work today for the night shift workers as well 😉.
It was a year of many things, but it ended well. I rewarded myself just for today 🍶. So I decided to drink my favorite Suwa Masumi "Nokase". The unctuous flavor of the No. 7 yeast and the clear aroma and mouthfeel unique to Masumi make it perfect with a meal 😋.
