Today's sake is Keiryu Fukuro Hanging Pressed Nama-Nagasake, which I purchased on 9/24 at the Endo Sake Brewery's Autumn Storehouse Opening, holding back from drinking the sake that was pressed on the spot because I drove there. ❗️
The aroma is that of sweet, unadulterated sake. The first sip has a sweet, concentrated taste, followed by a sour taste and a sweet, refreshing aroma that passes through the nose. ‼️
It is a good sake that is easy to drink⭕️ but be careful not to drink too much as it is a pure sake and has an alcohol content of 19%🍶.
