It's very cold in Hokkaido. It's the season for hot sake! (Even in midsummer, it's still hot.)
(It's always hot in the middle of summer, too.) I don't get a chance to drink Hokkaido sake in Honshu. But in Hokkaido, you can drink a lot of Hokkaido sake!
Is it any wonder?
Kita no Kishiki, hot sake, about 50°. It's gentle! Umami and acidity! And there is a long, gentle aftertaste.
Recommended for beginners of hot sake.
