Opened a bottle of Sharaku's Sake Mirai🌾😆.
The ginjo aroma is subdued and the first sip is moderately fruity 😊.
It's hi-iru so it has almost no piquancy and a strong umami flavor, so I think it's more for seafood or light food sake 🍶.
It has a good sharpness and almost no bitterness: ❗️
It's delicious... but a bit cosy😅.
but I think this flavor stands out after the second day 😁.
Day 2!
I think it has more flavor and is closer to being a food wine 😁 it's smooth and delicious 😋.
But if I'm going to buy a food sake, I'll go for Hakurakusei Tokusyu....
