Hekihan of Hououmida. The mouthfeel is gorgeous, fruity like muscat, refreshing, and there is no aftertaste. However, it could use a little more sweetness. Junmai Ginjo Genshu, unfiltered, 55%, about 1,700 yen, Otsuka Sake Shop in Honmachi.
