I'm sorry I was silent on the brewer's advice to drink it too soon, but I noticed 🙇🙇🙇.
Now, there was a tag 🏷️ of ⚠️ warning to open the bottle, but it was stored at a very low temperature without any difficulty. At first the temperature was low and the standing aroma was weak, but as the temperature rose, the sweetness and acidity of the Japanese pear could be felt in a very elegant way. The sweetness of the rice attacked the palate with a thump and was followed by a moderate acidity, and the back palate had a full flavor with a sense of volume due in part to the alcohol and maturity of the wine, which is delicious 😋😋😋.
I know freshness is the main selling point, but this is a perfect cold sake for this time of the year in winter👍.
