I was at a ryokan construction project in Hakone. After work, I went to Tenya for the first time in about a year due to various reasons. It has been a while since I had tendon, and it was delicious.
This Gekkeikan goes well with fried food.
Founded in 1597 by founder Jiemon Okura.
The company name Gekkeikan was adopted in 1905. The laurel crown was a "symbol of glory" given to the winners of the ancient Olympic Games, and the name was given as a sign of quality and pride.
First bottled sake sold in Japan.
