Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Main Store Sake Expo 2025 SAKE EXPO ⑫
How do you like it? I took them up on their offer and tasted the sake.
Junmai Ginjo Kiku-no-Shizuku
Junmai Ginjo made from Hyakumangoku No Shiro, the original sake rice of Ishikawa Prefecture.
It has a slightly sour aroma. The taste is refreshing from the first sip to the last. Less acidic than expected, with a strong pungency.
Junmai Jing
It is also refreshing, and the umami of the rice is felt richly at room temperature.
◯Junmai Daiginjo Hyakumangoku No Shiro
It is made from Hyakumangoku No Shiro. Fruity and full flavor, a little chocolatey.
When I mentioned that the font of "Hyakumangoku no Shiro" on the shoulder label was the same everywhere, he said he forgot where it came from, but it is distributed to places that use sake rice.
