Takatsugu
Today we opened a set of "Rurouni Kenshin Banquet no Toki" from KOIKEYA, a slightly different kind of potato chip and sake.
First, a sip of the sake "Shishio". It gave a strong impression with its umami flavor coming to the forefront. Next, we sipped it with potato chips (Akabeko beef hot pot). The flavor of the sake was just as good as the sake, and the saltiness of the sake was just right.
For those of us of the Rurounen generation, this one reminds us of the moment when Kenshin and Shishio's swords clash and sparks are released. Delicious: ‼️
