Ikegame純米吟醸 無濾過ひやおろし

Yesterday, I went to Ichinoichi, a sushi restaurant rumored to be reasonably priced and delicious, which I had been curious about with a friend from work.
After 🍺, we went to Ikegame for the first time.
I asked the owner what kind of sake goes well with sashimi, and he recommended Ikegame if you have never had it.
The result was...it was absolutely delicious!
It is a junmai ginjo, but it does not have a fancy aroma.
It is a junmai ginjo, but there is no flashy aroma. The sweetness is soft and the umami spreads slowly on the palate.
The end taste is a bit spicy and bitter, but it also goes well with the seared Hagatsuo we had together 👍!
This was the most impressive sake we drank that day 😄.
I didn't buy Ikegame when it was recommended to me at the liquor store, but I'll have to go buy it next time 😁.
