We made fish nabe and turned on the heater. While cooking I had a bit too much of this sake. So my mind may not be clear. This is a lovely and happy sake! It’s the first time I try it, but it will not be the last. It’s balanced and it changes softly and pleasantly as it warms up. All the nice flavors stay intact. Slightly fizzy in a nice way. A pear nose with nice acidity and balance. I’m happy to make this new acquaintance from my favorite mountains.
