Special Junmai Nama-nazake
This seasonal sake from Suitoki is always stylish with its direct printing on the bottle. It is decorated with snow crystals and can be enjoyed while thinking of the faraway winter of Kesennuma.
The taste is soft, as is typical of nama-shu. It has a full body with a core of sweetness from the rice, and wears an atmosphere slightly different from that of usual Mizutoki, but the aftertaste is that feeling of umami that runs through with a crispness.
The design of this sake, which shows a new face while not forgetting the familiar taste, is one word that can be summed up in one word, "brilliant.
