bouken
I bought it because it was a never-seen-before kaiun sale.
I bought it at Mikage Shinseido in Kawanishi Noseguchi on my way home from visiting a grave.
100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture
It has a sweet and umami taste, but at the same time it has a bitter, spicy, and astringent taste. I thought it would be spicier, but it was easy to drink.
I thought it would be spicier, but it was easy to drink. It may be spicier than some of the other Kaiun sakes I've had, but I think it's more to my liking among Shizuoka sakes 🤔.
I'd rather drink this with food than on its own.
