FUJIYAMA
Today, I'm drinking Sanzen❗️ its Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu❗️❗️ from Kikuchi Shuzo in Okayama Prefecture.
Personally, I think it is okay to drink at least one of the four items of junmai unfiltered nama sake at an izakaya, so this is a sake that I feel is a good sake by its name ❗️❗️, even though I am drinking it for the first time.
The aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of ginjo. A sip of this sake is refreshingly sweet with raw acidity on the tongue❗️It is also a good sake as a food sake❤️
