This is the first time I've ever had a "blazing man" sake.
The sake rice is called Hyakuden, which is a recently developed rice (🌾), and this is also a first for me.
The initial aroma is slightly sweet.
In the mouth, it has a slight umami of rice with a slight spiciness that finishes off the taste.
Slightly spicy.
Delicious!

The label is different, but I drank a draft of 爛漫百田 at Yamaya and was surprised at how much better it tasted than I expected 😁.
