I had a chance to have sushi for the first time in a while and was served three kinds of sake, and this one was my favorite!
Although it is called "super dry" sake, it is not too strong and has a gentle umami taste, making it perfect for sushi.
I like the warm image of Shizuoka sake.
I had been avoiding the picture of sea urchin because it looked too ominous, but I couldn't resist this one that looks like an omelette.
For various reasons, I may be away from sake for a while, and I am happy to have found such a nice sake as this one to break the ice!
