This is frankly delicious👍.
A good blend of elements: calm, fruity, crisp and dry.
I have yet to drink the Morishima one, but I am convinced it is a good brewery.
When I say Taikan, I mean Yokoyama Taikan.
If you are a sake drinker, you know him as a great sake painter.
Originally, Taikan Yokoyama was not a big drinker, but he was inspired by his teacher, Tenshin Okakura. He was inspired by his teacher, Okakura Tenshin, and trained to become a drinker. He was a heavy drinker, so much so that Tenshin Okakura said that anyone who couldn't drink a bottle of sake shouldn't come to the bar 😅.
In his later years, Yokoyama Taikan was asked how much he drank and he said, "I'm down to about one bottle now.

Good evening, Manaqi🌆.
Daikan is delicious👍.
The TV is a recording of "Burabura Museum".
It is the eleven-faced Kannon (Goddess of Mercy) of Shorinji Temple in Nara, which is now in the National Museum in Ueno.
I have visited Shorinji temple once.
