It's Thursday and I accidentally broke the rule of forbidden 😅...
I told myself that it's ok to open a bottle of wine if it's a single glass 🤭.
Well, I have a faint memory of drinking it a very long time ago... but it's been a long time since I've had it 🍶.
And it's a sparkling pure Dai Dai 🤩.
When you open the bottle, the aroma is neither strong nor weak, just the right amount of ginjo aroma😍.
The first sip has sweetness and umami...and then a touch of schwarziness added to it 🍾Little bitterness and a nice lingering aftertaste ✨I wonder if there are people who don't like this ❓😅.
Obviously not for eating, but great before or after a meal👍.
Once again, I understand the deliciousness of Otters. 🙆♂️
