Banshu Issen Jungin Summer light nigori. Soft iso-type aroma. The top clearness has a beautiful fresh taste with a slight effervescence, and silky nuances spread at once when the oli is mixed in. The overall impression is three-dimensional, with a soft but deep acidity, refreshing sweetness and umami, and a moderate sharpness from the mid-palate. The slight contrast between the bitterness and astringency at the end also adds to the deliciousness.
