So begins my third (and my last) day at Roppongi Hills Craft Sake Week. Much more crowded and I notice my receipt for addition coins notes I’m a foreign male Caucasian. Getting to the Sake this is quite dry with a nice sharpness. 55% polishing ratio and Tojo Yamadanishiki rice.
