Hatsu Tetorikawa Hatsu Ishikawa
I thought it would have a refreshing taste because it is a summer sake and dry 😆 It has a sweet taste with a clear mouthfeel.
It has a strong umami taste that is typical of junmai (pure rice).
The sharpness was good.
Delicious!
