I had an image that there were many old-fashioned sharp and dry sake in Hyogo, but this impression has been renewed!
It was a fresh sake that did not interfere with food.

The Shippo series is a series of unblended sake made from Hyogo-kitanishiki, which is decorated with a cloisonne pattern that means "everlasting relationship". The soft freshness like melon sublimates to mellowness after opening the bottle.
