I was lucky to find you!
The aroma is of gorgeous tropical fruits. Sweetness of papaya, mango, and pineapple.
Slight flavors of white bean flour and rice in the back.
In the mouth, there is a slight sweet strawberry and berry fruitiness.
As you swallow, a firm bitterness appears and rises, tightening the whole.
The aftertaste is dry and refreshing with a lingering sweet bitterness.
Despite the gorgeous and sweet aroma, the mouthfeel is unexpectedly dry and has a gap.
My preconceived notion that Hanayo-yoku and Yamadanishiki would be sweet was overturned!
Hanayo-yoku is not just pineapple!
It is unquestionably delicious!
