Sipped at a Japanese-style izakaya with a nice atmosphere.
The color and viscosity are not recorded, and the ginjo aroma is unobtrusive.
In the mouth, it has an elegant, fruity flavor and sweetness, and the deliciousness of rice spreads. The mouthfeel is pleasant and light with a good sharpness for its strength. It is not overly assertive, but it certainly has presence, with a modern yet classic flavor.
Overall, it is a well-balanced, mellow umami sake with no cloying flavors, and very tasty.
