I was visiting Kochi.
The tokkuri was Tosatsuru, and for some reason the boar cup was Kasumitsuru.
But what I drank was a Honjozo of Mikuyo.
It was 500 yen per sake. Sake is cheap at Kochi's bars.
It is a good thing for a drinker. We drank a lot, ate a lot, and above all, drank a lot of good sake.
And above all, there is a lot of good sake.
Bikuyo Honjozo, a balance of subtly fragrant ginjo aroma and deliciousness. This quality sake is priced at 2,000 yen per bottle plus tax. You can't underestimate it.
So, since we bought a lot of Kochi sake
I will be able to enjoy fish and Kochi sake happily for a while.
