Delicious. Slightly muscat-like aroma and taste. Not flashy, but a little flamboyant. Fruity sake with a gentle taste. It is consistently good.
There is no unpleasant alcohol smell, no strange assertiveness, and the sake is well harmonized throughout. Highly recommended.
