The first sake from Kumamoto. The label is lovely. I felt a little gas when I opened it. It was a little tense, so we enjoyed it slowly. It was easy to drink at the end. The sweetness is little. Sakurahana is brewed with 50% Yamadanishiki from Wamizukicho and No. 9 yeast + 1801 yeast to give the impression of spring. It is fragrant, delicate, and gentle, with a gorgeous, rice-like flavor that is broken up by a positive bitterness, like a floral snowstorm.
