Sake-no-Ten Hayashi
Sairai from Saitama, which had been talked about in Sake-no-wa, was the first to be ordered separately. The aroma of yogurt is obvious when served cold. It also has an elegant aroma of flowers and peaches. When you sip it, the sweetness is preceded by a slight carbonation, followed by sourness and bitterness. The sweetness is impressive, but the sourness and bitterness are not so impressive. The sweetness is impressive, but the refreshing aftertaste calls for the next cup. When served cold, the bitterness decreases as the body tightens, and the light carbonation and elegant sweetness make it a dangerous sake that is easy to drink.
