The sweetness with pineapple 🍍 acidity is the backbone of the wine, with a great acidity that competes with the umami 🌾 that you can feel from the rice👍.
The aftertaste is slightly creamy, the acidity that suppresses the sweetness is interwoven with a thick umami 😚.
This is an illusion 🤩.
However, I thought it was too sweet and wouldn't go well with takoyaki... well, it's Aizan 😨.
Then, I followed my heart and ordered the fried fish 😎.
I fainted in agony as a Dragon Ball-like battle of epic flavor broke out in my mouth and everything was sublimated 😵.
Katano Sakura goes well with strong flavored food 😍.
I went home very satisfied 🥳.
